If the leader doesn't move none of the group moves So yes having BB docked (and it being the leader) will cause all the other ships to not move

They will more than likely show up as sonar contacts on the maps. Look at the mines and subnets I made spottable. They show up as contacts on the maps.

I didn't mean only the Scapa.. I mean - any DD in the game, as soon as its status become docked then it's not able anymore to fire at the subs.. and we can surface the boat and fire at it with the deck-gun..

Maybe I use the wrong term - docked.. I mean, as soon as DD stops, it become absolutely safe..

IIRC, there is a non-spottable version of mines and subnets

Yes I made that also. The problem with that is it will never detect anything (it has no UnitCommander controller and thus will never use any of it's sensors to try and detect anything)

Interesting. Since it was electromagnetic according to that URL it should not be like active sonar and ping, rather be silent.
