I recommend you purchase SH4 1.5 as the mods available make this much more enjoyable. I got my copy on Amazon over 3 years ago for less than $10 US.
Since u have JSGME working, you can do the same for other exes for this game , like SHMultiex. If you want to modify the key mappings there is another one, SHKeymapper but you need to use Winetricks ( thru the wrapper Advanced option) to install Vb6run. Use google to find it, DL it, use a7z expander to get the install exe, put it in the hidden Library/caches folder and then go back to wrapper Advanced, install Winetricks and run it. Then you create a custom.exe for that exe SHKeymapper.
