So ten years later the dead body finally admits that he died ten years earlier.

I wonder if he only did it to opportunistically gain allowance for other professional sports competition again, or whether it really burnt in his soul to make a clean table.

By the impression I have of him since long time, it is the first.

Wasn't he sponsered by the US Post Office...think I heard the news say the FEDs may be going after him.

I have no pity for him, he destroyed many lives covering up his dope.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt when the cycling authorities were going after him with such a passion that it was like a personal vendetta. But now, I don't feel sorry for him at all.

I wanted to give him the Benefit of the doubt too, I thought it was sour grapes.

Kinda like finding out Superman was Clark Kent, or Santa was not real.

Lance was a crap-head to his teamates, and now this.

So the question I pose to you, is why admit it now?

Is he trying to salvage his reputation, or is it some kind of genuine gesture to cleanse his soul?

He is done athletically, so my opinion is he is trying to save his legacy. IMHO
