As long as DC is totally snowed in, the rest of the country is safe.

Remember the snowblower I restored and got running? I was out running that bad boy last night! Worked like a champ. The snow was wet and heavy but it plowed on through.

We got 10 inches. I95 is a mess around NY. Some parts closed. Truck restrictions on CT. Tomorrow it should be better....provided Bloomberg decides to plow a road or two in NY city.

Don't have a heart attack shoveling all that wet snow.

The last time I shoveled snow was in 2008 and was ~8 inches.

My snow shovel

Oh yeah, I remember this. Gotta love the tracks on that.

Is it self-propelled?

Yes sir! Tracks work great in the snow.

Heh. I figured they weren't just for show. Some days that would come in really handy.

The way the tracks work is you have a trigger on each handle. Pull the left trigger and the left track disengages allowing the right track to turn the machine to the left. Pull the right trigger and it will turn right. All I need is a turret...no wait...I got the snow shoot that I can direct 180 degrees.

Good point. If you are going to use a V8 and make modification like this I would think seating and heated covering is in order. Beer cooler inside. Oh, GPS so you know were you are on your driveway.
