Revised my sandwich it shall now look like this...

Bread
Relish
Cheese
Onion rings
Sausages
Burger
Bread
Cheese
Onion rings
Sausages
Burger
Lettuce and such crap
Bread

Edit: Some git also ate the onion rings too

It shall have to be just onions with mushrooms cooked in butter and soy sauce then :P It is cooking away as I speak. Also not got any buns so it's going to be done on normal bread, I shalt post pics and describe its awesome.

Maybe we could turn this into a thread of epic cooking and such, post ingredients and cooking tips and such

Here we go then (large-ish images to follow)

First start by frying onions and mushrooms in butter with garlic, paprika and parsley and oregano

Cook your sausages and burgers
Then place cheese over the top and grill until melted.

Stack it all up into one big heart attack on a plate

Slice it in two with your bastard sword! If you don't have a bastard sword a kitchen knife will do

Ponder how the hell you're going to fit it in your mouth
Preferably with a low quality camera to show you pondering such things
