Nobody has said it, so I guess I'll say it; this planet, if it is habitable, is twenty light-years away. With current propulsion technology, it might as well be a billion light-years away. Even if the planet was made of solid gold, there would be absolutely no reason to go there. The cost of the trip would never be recouped.

The cost of building a ship capable of getting there in 200 years would be about 6% of the US's GNP (900 Billion Dollars) which equals about 128 dollars per human on Earth, or 3,000 dollars per American which is slightly more the US spends on its military per captia.
