It's the MaGui 3.4 GUI, has been my favorite one so far to use.

It has an entirely different sinking model from stock (100% flooding)- so you'll very rarely see a ship split in half. Read the manual for details, and also note the optional mods that come with it (in particular restoring standard map contacts - by default they are semi-hidden in NYGM - probably a bit too challenging if you're just starting to learn the game). Unless you're shooting at DD firing at the target lock spot on any ship will rarely if ever sink her with 1 shot (unless its magnetic).
