I answered your post in the "fuel problems" thread.

Basically you do NOT have to complete Blockade of Germany to move on to Norway. Now I do know you have to complete the mission leading up to Operation Drumbeat if you want to take that mission. But that is much later in the campaign.

Good question...I dont know the answer to. I think you have to complete all objects for that part of the campaign to be considered a success. Example: Blockade of German has 3 parts to it... Coastal shipping (50k tons), British Supplies (100k tons), and the 5 AMC and 1 Carrier. I think you have to finish all of these for Blockade of Germany to be considered a success (which is dumb IMHO).

So just been playing this mission, swung by the Loch, big help.
Got 2 at anchor, as I was leaving another spawned and started making its way out to sea, and as I broke out into open sea another was anchored just off the coast to the west, but...
..it took me a couple of go's to figure out why some of the ships I was sinking weren't counting...

..Spot the difference between these two Rawalpindi Armed Merchant Cruisers:
Which one should you be sinking?
There are 2 main differences, (and NO, 1 of them is not the funnel smoke)

The AMC has a pair of (3?) inch deck guns.
it also flies the RN ensign rather than the merchant one...

ie: A is the right one.

You are correct.
She actually 6 (3pairs) of 3(?)inch deck guns, the other 4 located at the rear.

So please make sure before you press that little red button.
