I first tried to use the mod enabler it did not work.. What I did then was to take the main game (SH4) speech file and copy it to a free folder and then delete the original. I put the Russian speech files after downloading them into another freed up file then copied and pasted them into the then empty main game (SH4) speech file and that worked good plus the submarines and game menu stayed in the English version so I could still read it.. It is pretty good however I hate to say it but there is a voice in this mod that sounds like it is to cartoonish which takes

away from the realism of being in sub warfare..
