I just returned to port in Wilhamshaven, and slowly backed my VIIB into its slot. Was very difficult due to the heavy rain, and the fact it was a moonless night; the visibility was horrible.

Fire a hello at a couple of the moored ships and I'm sure they'll oblige you with a few searchlight beams

Nope one gets no reward. BUT with that said if there was a mod with pennants that pooped up for the claims that would be very desirable so one can take pictures of one's boat for bragging rights!!
