Well, if she had pre-existing heart conditions ,and if she was to be startled I guese that it is possible for it to make her heart rate jump sky high, which could cause chest pain. For the very same reason you don't sneak up on people who have had pacemakers put in and scream "BOO!"

That's cool, I was just wondering. Had a near miss with a pellet and heard the noise it made as it went past at speed, was a long time ago, but I recall it sounded a little like fabric being torn but quietly.
