I dont know when they gonna get it. They can make a copy protection that sends your PC flying to Mars, and it's cracked. If it's man made, another man can crack it. Simple as that. I've seen tons of "new" and "uncrackable" CP's get cracked in matter of 24hrs. Only way to be sure is something like Steel Beast Pro has, a hardware. Software is ALWAYS crackable, no matter what.

And as for those who say GTA still is the same, well, I see you havent even played the 4th one. How about judging when you actually have played the game?`I can forsee what Mafia 2 will be, GTA copy (just like Mafia 1) with another story line. You cant say that Mafia wasnt a copy of GTA. If you say "Oh, GTA 1, 2 & 3 were nice, then it got repeative", you also have to accept that Mafia 2 will follow the same exact thing. Free roam, with a storyline.

Dont get me wrong, I absolutely loved Mafia! I still reinstall it occasionally, but that's because of the story. But when it comes to gameplay and the area, GTA beats it hands down. And whoever denies that, is a) blind b) has never played c) lies to himself d) all of above.

All I'm asking is, dont judge the game if you havent played it.

Dongles can be broken too, after all there still is the software side to it. It hasn't been done to steel beasts pro as no one can be bothered to for such a niche game.

Anyhow I like the GTA series and ill probably like this one too. I also like mafia but it was hardly the perfect game, and was way to linear (though a very good story)

This sums it up as how I see it. Mafia was very very very very very good game, but too linear. One thing I liked about it was the wounded enemies that tried to crawl away, shooting them with the Colt 1911 had that real Mafia style to it, it's the cruelness of it "being just business".

Well contact, it doesn't really matter if your PC is weak. Because there's no PC atm that can run the game properly :rotfl:

Some pretty nice bugs have been reported, like Buildings not popping up. That's right, you actually walk through thin air, horrible texture loading times e.t.c

And here's the evil part : A gamer sent a message to Rockstar complaining that game wouldn't run at the minimum specifications. Rockstar replied "Yes, you really do need the RECOMMENDED specifications to run". The gamer replies "So, you're basically admitting that you lied on the box cover". Rockstar replies "Yes".

Well...wtf...

Nope, it wasn't the crack. Those errors were reported by legit users. You should see the rating for GTA IV on Amazon.com

Any guesses for the rating??? No...?

holy disappointment batman! I haven't played, but I was looking forward to it. Reading through the amazon reviews is depressing.

I stopped reading after this one,

I called Take2games and they confirm that you cannot save unless you sign-in.

What a let down. I have uninstalled the game and am now working on a refund. lol.
wtf?

I don't know how the PC version of GTIV but the one for PS3 is superb...I won't be getting the PC version until a full mod comes out just like the mod built for PC GTIII San Andreas changing the whole stock game.
