Nope, just found something I should have checked first. The AIHumanSub, UnitSubmarine, and Subtorpedosys should have a parentID of the main ship node. In your file it's #7 in the dat file. Copy the Ship ID and paste into the ParentID of the three I listed.

Edit: worse news, all your links are broken. If you did a remap IDs of .dat,.sim,.zon,.val,.cam,.dsd, you made a mistake doing it. Nothing is linked. Your obj_Turret in the sim file should be linked to a gun in the .dat file. It links to nothing. Your ShellUserDataCfg should link to your deck gun (M01 or M02) it doesn't. You will need to redo the ship. Use Mikhayl's tutorial and remap the ship and rename it and make sure it works in the game before you try to make it a sub.

I take it that this was abandoned at some point?
if so maybe I will try adding it in =)

I found this docu on her searching utube


for now there's always the option to use cdp44's Playable BB New Mexico
from his shippack mod.

it has similar 4 tripple turrets 2 in front & 2 in back.

at the moment I am working on a seperate playable Colorado Class
by following a tutorial here in the forums but this may take time! =)

USS Texas was a New York-class battleship as far as I am aware no one has yet made a model for it.

perhaps that will be the one I try making and try adding myself "if" all goes well with Colorado..
& that's really a big "if" there.
