Is this for the Stock SH4 (and/or RSRDC Mod) or for TM? What does this cfg change do? I mean, will I have to hit CTRL-W to see reports, or wil they appear automatically/periodically?

This is to be added to your stock game and yes you press CTRL + W

I'm sure that any mod with this feature probably added the same line:Key0=0x57,c,"ctrl+w"
