Poet here is a pic of my mods...I'm trying to fix the radio and add some more music to the gramophone because this campaigning is really boreing.I never see any ships and never get attacked by aircraft..Sorry to be so much trouble

OK clayp, I think this is your hud below, the radio is there. Do you have any radio mods? If you do, there are some things you need to do to get the radio to work. As far as the grammaphone there are some music mods in the mods sticky, its a matter of d\l them and pasting them into the data\sound\grammaphone folder.

I have had most success with .wav files, most if not all of the d\ls here are in that format. A thread about this:http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=119232

POET SIR,If you look at the HUD in my pic from my game that button is not there..

Hi clayp,

One option is to contact the makers of the Hud Mod you are using to see how the radio option could be put back in or to go back to using just the Hud that is part of 1.31 mod, the one below that I posted earlier:
