That would be cool! The original Torsk colors were gray (battleship gray). Over the years the layers of different colors is just nuts. I buffed a electrical panel in the forward engine room down to the bare metal for repaint to the original coat....there were 7 layers of different paint. Just like the Navy, if it not bolted down, throw it out. If it is bolted down, paint it! So yeah, gray and brass colors around the guages would be awesome.

Jake...might you be planning any mods for Oakgrooves HUD mod?
I ask because I think it would be nice to have some nice shinny brass rings for the gauges he uses and for around the buttons too..

Just a thought.

Cheers!

..well, that's interesting idea....regarding to the dial rings, i run through menu1024_768.ini, and found out that it can be done, only 9 lines needs to be changed there, to make it work...haven't tested it though....

So, you propably will have changeable dialrings too,and they can be added to any dials you may have installed...

That's fantastic!, Jake...that way no matter the dial your using, be it your's or Oakgrooves , or even stock , you could add the nice shinny brass outer rings to the gauges to get a real nice look. You could have the best of both worlds, so to speak and customize a look you like.

I can't wait for them! ...Thanks!
