Naja, I'm impressed that the Dark Lord himself noticed & responded to this idea -- and were I in his place, I wouldn't do a PD visibility mod either!

I think we can just "do the right thing" as the Handbook says, and not linger at PD. Of course, close to our home ports, sometimes we might not have much choice!
