if you could run SH3 with GWx with no issues then SH4 (with patch 1.2 making Volumetric fog seperate option) should run Ace, volumetric fog is the Frame killer in this game and imo its way overused and saturated. if only there was a slider to decrease or increase the coverage of it rather than just disabling it outright.

I have all detail off with the deffault resolution 1024x768 and are the best settings for the limited gpu with silent hunter 4.
if i raise a bit the detail ,fps drops too low. i will wait until summer /autum for upgrade my computer, enough time for patch and mods and stay with gwx
