okay my bad ... I thought Asus only made motherboards.

Still sounds like a video problem though.

Check your gamma setting?

Ummm , good thing , will check , i did change the Gama on the Game when i was troubleshooting, the position is on the middle of the bar.My resolution is also (I forgot to mention ) 1280*1024 at 60Hz.

If you use a nocd-exe, remove it and run the game normally. The game has some tricky copy protection that does all sorts of weirdo stuff with your graphics. Maybe that will help?

I check the gamma settings on the graficcard and its off, on the Game is around the middle.
I can see clearly the Menu,the Ships in the background moving , the loading screens , but so soon i'm in the mission or museum or Campaing , i only see the interface (like the picture above) , and hear the sounds.

When in doubt uninstall and reinstall again. Rinse, repeat.

,if you have the Problem above related ,please check in

C:\Documents and Settings\(Your username)\My Documents\SH4\data\cfg\main.CFG

If the main.cfg Looks like this only :
