@ Pablo, Hi matey, No, what it is, is it would be far better if, for instance you split the manual into 2, the first bit being the Mod what it adds and how to implement, use or benefit from those additions. This would make it so much easier for the first time user to get a grip fast with all the juicy bits in GWX . The second part of the manual being the history thing that would make for great bed-time reading when SH3-GWX is shut down. At the mo, yes, the info may be there, but well buried within all the other info, and all to easy for new eager sub captains 'like my self' to miss.

I tank you

Oh yer, and have big bold headings stating the juicy bit like " Addition. new wave effects" then full description, and "Addition: Micky Mouse stop watch", you know, just like that.

Hi!

OK, we'll look at putting together a "crib sheet" extraction from the manual that focuses on gameplay-related stuff.

What I mean is any stuff thats useful is buried under 5 ton of history and war tech stuff.
Maybe a separate operating manual or split the stuff up, sticking the history bumf at the back.

I'm only asking, please don't shout at me.
You may find the stuff on my webbie Helpful

I really don't envy those that come into GWX as noobs. I mean they didn't get to watch the development and so they get lost so easily. I eased into GWX. They get the whirlwind tour.

But I bet its tons more exiting for them than us. Theres nothing like an undiscovered country.

Just wanted to say that I think the manual is great, good structure, very well written and nice picks and tables. Really helpful. Must have been a lot of work (that nobody paid for!).

Yes it's big but it has got a good index, and the fealtures list is on top.

I have to chuck my ten pennies worth in and say that I really found the manual brilliant. Yes I did find out a lot of stuff via this forum, but only because I was too lazy/impatient to read it cover to cover. It's all there if you look for it

Also before playing this game I knew a lot about aircraft during the war and genral war history but nothing really about Naval stuff, since playing it my knowledge has increased massively.

Reading Iron Coffins at the moment and really enjoying it

Hey, I wasent knocking the manual, it's a piece of art, extremely well written and it contains some gems of information. I was just suggesting something a bit more in the easy reading for the nOObs amongst us, so that we get to enjoy this expansion in its full glory.
Anyway Pablo says he's going to knock up a crib sheet (what ever one of them is) I guess its a sheet for baby's to read, whatever, as long as it helps more people enjoy this splendid expansion

No mate I wasn't having a go at you either, I was just talking from a personal point of view

In my view a crib sheet would be a wonderful idea for all of us
