This is quite morbid. Thousands of sailors were killed and (even though you are joking) it is f/****king horrible suggesting eating them.

I am quite good at burying my crew
The simplest way I found is to get sunk completely
No messy burials as they are all gone

Took the stupid decision and tried to tough it out with a couple of Sunderlands in the bay of pigs

I was busy that day

Hmmm....gotta admit I'm a little puzzled here :hmm:
Isn't this your post:

The beauty of this feocious explosion was amazing. You should see how many sailors are in the air at this time, thrown up off the deck - I counted over 10.
As pointed out already...some people like to have a bit fun now and then...nothing too serious...just a little high jinx from time to time
FYI my father (still alive today) served in the merchant navy and was fortunate enough to survive....yet I take no offence by your comments in the above post
Everyone has their own individual perception/understanding in what they read and I'm confident that non of the posters in this thread intended to offend anyone
Hell!...even our erstwhile mod saw the humourous side
So let us all have a drink and........SINK EM ALL!!

The whole submarine crew was speechless at the time including me...

When I,m back from work , I will have diner first and then I will pop up in TS

back on topic

I feel quite miserable when a dead crew is onboard of my sub...I wish you had a feature that you can give him a sailor burial...now I have to dump it somewhere hided enough so bernard will not find it.

You guys crack me up sometimes.
I didn't intend to start a thread on canabalism

Well as in-game creepy goes I left the kia on-board and got back to port. Not the fan-fair I expected, just had to replace lost crew. Next time this occurs I'll use the in-game bury the dead option.

Did manage to avenge the loss a bit;

Patrol results
Crew losses: 1 dead
Ships sunk: 16
Aircraft destoyed: 6
Patrol tonage: 73472 tons
