I like my medic. Always make sure 2 of my officers hold this as one of their qualifications. The crew recover from fatigue quicker this way.

I agree about the apparent uselessness of Helmsman but I like my NCO watch officer and usually get another later on down the road bc my watch officer sometimes has to help down below.
