since Megaupload was shut down yesterday, could you please upload the Harbour_Addition_Environment_Enhancement Mod v0.5 for Open Horizons again?

Is this compatible with Darkwraiths FX mod? When I add this mod it wants to over write some files in the FX mod, should I allow it to? Or should I add the FX mod after this one?

I'm just playing a heavily modded stock campaign. Is there any using this mod in the stock campaign??
