I think we´ll need to get an Intl. Credit Card and "Amazon" it as well

Tomcat, outside, Amazon, the only way I know how to get the book in SA is by ordering from the publisher by mail. The shipping is a bit steep ($8.00)

The books went out yesterday to you and all of those who ordered and for review, two weeks before the official release date of 2/21/08 - As far as Amazon goes - that is a standard message they place on the website for books still waiting delivery to their warehouse. There is nothing I can do, since this is their policy. Once they receive them they will change the status since they cannot control the mail nor can I. Sorry

FYI - Ingram has just ordered 50 just now and they will go out tomorrow so all is well.
