Granted. However sometimes the wish-masters are pretty anal about spelling and since a flan is a tart-like pastry and grancy makes no sense this has horrible effects on your dream. As punishment you find yourself packed into a flan and tossed to the Wolves of Despair for whom you make a fine dessert.

I wish for the Elephants of Elation to stomp the Wolves of Despair into wolf-flans.
