Read all of these reports, and go back into game. Upon returning to Pearl I get offered a new command and low and behold I got the USS Drum. Almost freaked me out....

Thanks Snakeyez really good reading.

Its interesting to note the ranges at which engagements were conducted. I try to get in to less than 1,000 yards, but Drum is attacking at ranges of 2,000 to 3,000 yards.

Also the amount of, sometimes serious, failures encountered is quite shocking.

Again good work my man.

Sorry, I do not.

You can get any American submarine WWII patrol reports on disc from John Clear of Submarine Memorabilia at http://www.usssealion.com/NSL/war_patrols.htm but I don't know of a source for German reports. Surely they exist.
