Best I can do is link you a tweakguide that goes into detail on all the options in CCC. http://www.tweakguides.com/ATICAT_7.html
A thing to try is setting everything to "application controlled" where possible. If the drivers are trying to force anti-aliasing it can cause conflicts/slowdowns.
