You can already one shot a dd with bb sized guns.
When ur in a really close range yes..
I tried to kill an somers and an other us FF whit yamato..
Tried to kill an simikaze whit iowa..
All needed about 8 shots..

Right someof the ijn DDs are bugged and have something like 30000 0r 3000 hp , thats why your having problems sinking them
