Sounds as good if not better than Bison which i have been eating a lot of lately.

It's got a similar texture to venison, but a distinct flavour of it's own. the tail make a really good soup as well!

The meat is about as lean as it comes. Only needs to be seared for a few minutes. Overdone Kangaroo is not good.

Cooked right as it is yummy.
