2 questions about SHIII

I think that the oggvorbis.rar files are part of jimbuna's gramophone records for SH3 but I'm sure the man himself will be along before long...

Not sure about the open hatch mods. As each mod changes a separate U-boat you should be able to enable them all together - the SH3 engine will only apply the one relevant to your U-boat.

Diving Ducks 'Open Hatch Mod, All Types' changes all the interiors. Install once and enjoy.

The ogg.vorbis files from me are only for the gramaphone tracks.

The open hatch mod by DD I highly recommend...especially when used in GWX2.1

If your after a particular type of sound mod I'd suggest you look in the mods section.
