I didn't get to watch the first one. I was in boot camp, and television wasn't a big part of the agenda.

Definetely the best thing for a head cold, but will do nothing for the chest.
Erm..isn't this 'waterboarding'....

It's just a joke don't start fighting

Well with the difference that you can quit when you want. Actually I'm not even sure if it works, might just drink the water and hydrate the body, might work better.

One part of getting better from a flu is to get back in shape once it's over and regain one's strenght cause the next one might be just around the corner.

On a related note, here's a good thing to remember that may keep flus and other even more serious diseases from getting around.

I managed a pharmacy for a couple of years, and I still say that working there stopped me getting the flu. Since I started there in 2004 I've avoided the flu, and even in the 2 years since I left, I've had no real dramas with illness. I think of it as a natural inocculation against the different strains, by being exposed to it all in small quantities I was able to get up the antibodies needed

It was quite a bonus - another was being the only male on staff (this was back when I was young and unattached )

I read that your body can build up a tolerance to vitimin C if you take to much of it. I recomend absolving all rountines in whatever meds you are taking.

I also have been getting over a strange case of the flu that just attacks the body, but not the sinus parts. Tightness around the chest, sweating, fever, headache, body ache, but no runny nose, just lots of spit too.

It's a battle for what we think ... rest and liquids worked for me and remember, no coffee ... coffee acts like a poison to the body and a sick body will react negatively to that beverage.
