Obama is not to be feared unless you are a liberal, any more than Jimmy Carter was to be feared. An Obama presidency will only open the eyes of a sometimes intelligent people and cause them to make the right choice next time. Sometimes you have to pay the price to learn. We aren't willing to pay the price of victory, so we will pay the price of wishful thinking, THEN we will willingly pay the price of victory, with our liberals leading the way. We can readily afford it both ways. It will just cost more sons, brothers, daughters, sisters, fathers and mothers this way. Just think of it as effective population control. It's green!

My biggest problem with "President Obama" is that Congress is unlikely to change hand this time around, and when we have a President and a Congress both from the same party it usually means trouble for the country.

Did you hold that same view of President Bush when the Republicans held power in all three being the Whitehouse, Senate, and House of Reps?
