Hiz to all!!! I'm new to this forum and to SH4 and naturaly i have questions :p.

Now i started a carrer in 1944 in a balao class sub but i cant take it more tha 450 ft depth because i cant find the way to instruct the crew to take the boat deeper tha then depth meter. I have tried ctrl+d but nothing happens with the "D" i go up to 330ft or sth close. I use the Silent Hunter 4 v1.4 without any mod. Anyone tha can help??

thanx

Avoiding depth charges, perhaps. The increase in sink time reduces their accuracy.

I usually go up to 350ft or more to reload torpedoes/repair right after i have attacked a convoy the time usualy the destroyer search for me but the hit me sometimes with the DCs so great depth is sometimes usefull.
