Any mod to make the Water stream become more nice?

I found the mod for SH3 which is very amazing compare with the stock SH4.
Is there any mod can make he water stream bemore more natural?

Agreed, ROw does make the water streams run better, im running 3.3 and its amazing. just hope you have an Nvidia card
