GWX 2.1, olc2 with olc gui 1.2.6, sh3 commander, and some other minor mods.

are you sure it was british... are you sure it wasnt neutral?

I assume it was a british naval flag, because of the white background instead of red
one i've seen on merchants.

As for depth charges i don't know how to explain that. I've been in an almost identical situation with my VIIB, but the outcome was very different.
Maybe i got away because of the smaller size of type II, or it was a pure luck.
As i returned to port, i've seen in sh3 commander that the hull integrity was about 67%.

Somewhere i've read that depth charges in early war weren't so powerfull.
Is this true or is it simulated in GWX?
