Uninstall SH3 completely.
if you are using vista... see this thread http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=105144 if not thats cool too. go here: http://hosted.filefront.com/NavigatorPen/2213586 download the files and save them to a folder which you will create called GWX follow the install instructions.
