7th Flotilla in 09/39....Help...

Okay, I'll make this straight and to the point. I'm trying to start a patrol out of the 7th flotilla in Sept of 1939. I know that I should be starting in Kiel, as aposed to konigsberg. Problem is I still start in konigsberg and keep getting a message saying base was changed to kiel, then another saying back to konigsberg, and they continue forever. I've tried starting then ending a patrol then transfering, but after a patrol the Captains desk isn't even a selectable option, and you can only get to the phone when backing out from the patrol log after a patrol. I'm stumped and slightly aggitated.

Here is the current mods I use, but I don't SEE a compat. problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

When you start in August in Königsberg then dock transfer to 1st or 2nd flotilla
Can transfer back 7th later if want

Can transfer after first patrol

Patrol commences August 1st Konigsberg

Receive radio message August 4th to return to base

Transfer to 1st or 2nd Flotilla

After 20 days in base next patrol commences August 24th....plenty of time to transit to area before commencement of hostilities (just like RL historically).
