pifer Watch Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Spain Posts: 18 Downloads: 11 Uploads: 0	with the notepad open the archive tipe .UPC or .UPCGE, these file is in the submarine folder, chose the submarine at what you want to change the oficers... i dont see the max officers in the american subs, but in the german yes... Sorry for my english
