Allright, in those circumstances yes, you do not need the tickmark to ID. Atleast, I never needed to in OLC gui. And made plenty of spot-on hits. But I also let my weapon officer ID the target. So that may happen automatically.
But if you do want to make this into a mod you have to realize that people that rely on the notepad function will find your mod useless. |
