No warranty, not after 3 years but at least we could expect a functioning product.
So many things were broken in the original release, some fixed by mods but much much more not fixable in any way except by Sonlysts themselves.
The only redeeming quality of this game is the multiplayer component and even that is "broken" with no hope of ever being fixed.

Oh well I'll cling to DW until ComSubSim is ready.
