If you do decide to go the manual route, think about safety first - ie. Don't delete the files. Just rename them from say driver.dll to driver.dll.bak - simple ideas like this has saved me from many a headache since you can always 'un-do whatever it is you do'. Take it from my years of experience. I've done at one point in time every mistake ever possible! ![]() ![]() -S PS. You need to delete that driver from the registry too if you go the manual route. |

Switched USB ports. I asked this Indian guy on the Linksys phone support line, and he said to switch them. Works fine now.
