The first picture really looks like the Schanrhorst/Gneisenau to me.. nice ship...

Although virtually unknown as a class...I've always thought (since I was 10 years old in 1975!) the Alaska was one of the most beautiful warships ever built.

Not too sure of it's capabilities, but man, what a sexy ship!
