Same kinda thing happened to my sister. Some ******* coasted infront of her on a roundabout because he missed his turning, and hit her. He stopped about 200 yards up the road, probably thinking of just driving away.
He gave her no details, just his fricken e-mail address. Then he drove off, leaving my sister on the side of the road. Did he have to pay anything? Did he f**k.
