I'm not sure if this is accurate Kiwi, but in the Campaign _RND theres a line in each BR Task Force entry that says:
ReportPosProbability= You could try setting it to =0 You can open it with wordpad. Go to SH3/data/campaigns/campaign and look for the RND file. It means editing each British task force entry manually, ( i think theres 38-40 of them) but they're near the top of the file so once you find them it shouldn't take long. Scroll down about an inch in the side bar and you shouldn't be far away from the Br tf entries. Personally i went back to the original campaign file and edited it to increase the probabiltiy of it being reported a bit, therefore making it a bit more likely to intercept one. |

In GWX2.1 you can use SH3Contacts to mess around with single ships, convoys, and task forces.
I have used this mod extensively in testing.
