Should i install these ships via JSGME? (im using GWX 2.1) Are they available only in some historical periods during careers? Where can i for example meet Queen Elizabeth liner?

YES, all ships are JSGME compatible
YES, they're timelined history-like (eccept Aquila)
You can find them in convoys and largest liner's routes ^_^
