If what you want is a stopwatch software that looks like that, I insist

The one I linked lets you use ANY image as its background, including the one you just linked.

If what you want is an actual, physical stopwatch that you can put in your pocket and carry around, that's a different story. I do know a few sites that sell antique-looking analog stopwatches, but they are remarkably expensive.
