Its idiots like these parents who are responsible for playgrounds and the like getting closed through oz because insurance is skyrocketing.

I broke each and every one of my fingers through both cricket and AFL, they're so badly done that i cant get a wedding ring that will stay in my finger. Maybe i should sue for lets say emotional distress....

i sympathise for the kid and i feel for the parents who needa care for him, but i tell you what, when you do ANYTHING there is a risk involved, just take a bit of responsibility for it. Its unfortunate but it happens, grow up and move along rather than looking for people to blame. the bat-maker?? try the batter, or his parents for feeding him properly so he grew up big and strong...
