Is Patch 1.4 included in Patch 1.5/UBoat Add-on? What is the correct install order for a fresh clean install to get all the latest patches?

SH4 + 1.4 + 1.5?

SH4 disc + SH4 u-boat expansion disc is all you need . The u-boat expansion is all the patches including 1.5 rolled up .
