Ahhh....ok. I've never thought about getting more RAM. I had checked into changing my video card once, but learned that the integrated chipset in this HP slimline tower was said to be very difficult or impossible to change out.

I have two slots and run a 1 gig stick in each. Not sure if there are any 2 gig sticks. It would be nice if there is such a critter for these Notebooks. ![]() |

Thanx for the help all. I'm looking at getting a new system now. Geared specifically for gaming. One that is upgradable. With this HP slimline I feel like I'm trying to get blood out of a turnip.
Hopefully I'll have the new rig by tonight. It'll be awesome to be able to run environmental effects and so on. |
