It was the I-52 japanese sub in route to germany with a cargo of strategic metals, like molybdenum, tungsten, gold and opium and some japanese engineers.

It was the end...i see the clock and it was 14:30 even with this critical situation i order to blow balast untill no air left but with out any results at all the U-Boat dont move a inch...i was buried alive in the sea floor at 503 meters bellow the surface! The pressure was so hight wich it wasnt possible to go no where, twenty four hours later we are all death because the lack of air. Even in death you cant have a choice to have a fast or slowly death, the death is certanly but no one nows how gona die!

Did you wait until all water was pumped out of the boat before blow ballast tanks?? and check the situation of the damage and repair team ?:hmm: (no silent running activated).

Perhaps the water pressure is too strong and the tanks can´t be blow, asuming that the game engine model this factor.

but think about the good things, you enigma machine and codes are well protected under several tons of water in a iron coffin.and your crew perform like real heroes of the kriegsmarine.

Modern subs can launch a buoy for mark his situation for rescue operations but in WWII...

Yes, i only actived the blow ballast after the water was pumped out of the U-boat, as all so the repairs are complete, it was a "das boot" repairs style! lol
and the silent running was turned off since the first minute after we start to sink.
My opinion its the same as your...the water pressure it was to strong.
Oh yes the enigma machine and all the code book are very safety inside of the "iron coffin" at 503 m under the surface with 49 "ghosts" protecting her!

P.S. But one thing im sure...nobody makes such good and strong U-boats as the Germans did!
